This is a cartridge filter with an automatic cleaning system using countercurrent compressed air and working in depression in order to process smoke and dust coming from welding, torch cutting, plasma cutting, and other dust involving processes.
Use: suction and filtration of fumes/powders.
Operation: this is a cartridge filter with an automatic cleaning system using countercurrent compressed air and working in depression in order to process smoke and dust coming from welding, torch cutting, plasma cutting, and other dust involving processes. The dusty air enters the input antechamber through the slot made in the panels, where, due to the reduction of their velocity, bigger dust particles are filtered. Smaller dust particles pass into the structure and the dusty air goes through the seven filters (tissue cartridges in antistatic polyester) from the outside to the inside in such a way the dust deposits on the external surface of the filters, and the air comes out purified. Cartridge substitution is done through inspection panels on the top of the structure
Composition: the structure is made of strong sheet metal 30/10 thick, that is welded and painted with 2 coats of rustproof paint and completed with varnish, and it is hold up by a metal profile structure. The Filtering cartridges are made of antistatic tissue.
As standard equipment: filtering cartridges in antistatic tissue, pneumatic cleaning system with sequential electric panel, collecting bins, differential pressure switch.
The automatic cleaning cartridge filter complies with the provisions of the Regional Council Resolution no. 233 dated 08/05/2015 and is supplied complete with a use and maintenance manual and an CE declaration of conformity.
These filters are not suitable for use in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
